A woman's body was found Saturday morning on the 7600 block of Este Avenue under the rubble of a building that caught fire Thursday.
"This is devastating. I mean, to build a dream and just see it vanish so fast is really hurtful," the owner of the building said.
A 16-year-old was found with two gunshots to the head. He was taken to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

Several families are without a place to call home after a fire at a Southwest Philadelphia apartment that was part of a program to help people get on their feet.

A 58-year-old woman was struck along the Cobbs Creek Parkway at 70th Street just before 11 a.m.
Officials are not sure how long students and staff may have been exposed.
Two buildings, Mitchell Elementary School in Southwest Philadelphia and Frankford High School are both closed after the discovery of asbestos.
One of the robbers had a gun, the other carried a box with an axe inside.
The firefighter fell from the roof and suffered injuries in a fire on Saturday..
Police said the shooting happened just before 6:15 p.m. inside a corner store on the 5100 block of Hadfield Street.
She is now the 15th child under 18 struck by gunfire in Philly so far this year.
Police believe the suspects fled in a two-toned Dodge Charger.
The incident happened at Buist Avenue and South 69th Street.
