There was pure panic in Southwest Philadelphia after police say a home in the 6000 block of Trinity Street was intentionally set on fire Wednesday morning.

Fire officials quickly began testing the air quality and found carbon monoxide levels at 275 parts per million.

Sources tell Eyewitness News the thieves stole the emission device, which is made from expensive metals, from all 30 trucks.
