In an exclusive one-on-one interview, Philadelphia Police Commissioner Kevin Bethel discussed his extensive safety plans and what he believes is driving violent crime numbers down in the city.
Philadelphia Police on Monday announced their long-awaited plans to clean up Kensington, an area in the city notorious for being one of the largest open-air drug markets in the United States.
