The first incident happened on April 7 inside a store on Corona Avenue near 92nd Street in Elmhurst.
It happened around 11:40 p.m. on April 5 aboard an A train at the Broad Channel Station in Queens.
Police said the woman got into a dispute with a 46-year-old man, then stabbed him with a knife once in the shoulder and once in the back.
Police said early Wednesday morning, officers watched as the men left a building on Foam Place in Rockaway and put something into the trunk.
The suspects first struck on March 17, then three times in one morning a week later, police say.
