Police said the 22-year-old victim was assaulted shortly before 1 p.m. on New Year's Day in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
Sources told CBS2 the children were last seen around 9 a.m. heading north on Schenectady Avenue near Prospect Place in Crown Heights.
