Police were called around 3 a.m. to Newkirk Avenue near East 23rd Street in the Flatbush neighborhood.
It's the third attack on Orthodox men in Brooklyn in less than a week, according to police.
It happened around 1:20 a.m. Saturday near Battery Avenue and 86th Street.
It happened on East 49th Street in East Flatbush around 11:40 a.m. on Aug. 25.
The incident happened on a northbound A train just after noon on Aug. 23.
