Suffolk County Executive Steve Bellone Tests Positive For COVID-19, Experiencing Mild Symptoms
RIVERHEAD, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) -- Suffolk County Executive Steve Bellone has announced he has COVID-19.
Bellone is fully vaccinated and says he has only mild symptoms.
"I hope this serves as a reminder to all residents that while we are making incredible progress in the war against COVID-19, we are not done just yet," he wrote.
The county executive also encourages those eligible for a booster to get one.
