Missing teenager with autism found safe, Suffolk County Police say
NORTH AMITYVILLE, N.Y. -- A missing teenager with autism has been found safe, Suffolk County Police say.
The 15-year-old had been missing for over 12 hours after leaving his North Amityville home around 6:30 a.m. Sunday.
Police said late Sunday night that he was found unharmed.
No further details were provided.
