FDNY: Woman killed in Kips Bay apartment fire
NEW YORK -- A deadly apartment fire is under investigation this morning in Manhattan.
The flames broke out around 12:30 a.m. on the second floor of a building on East 31st Street in Kips Bay.
Officials said a woman died, but she has not been identified.
Investigators are now trying to figure out the cause.
