Boomer & Carton were thrilled to hear from Mike Maccagnan on Friday morning. The Jets' general manager called in from an undisclosed location fresh off being named the NFL's Executive of the Year by the Pro Football Writers' Association.

Shortly after saying hello, Boomer checked out for a minute, allowing Craig to take "Mikey Mac" to task for his "We like Geno" comment from earlier in the season.
After Craig got an answer he could tolerate, Boomer re-joined the conversation and from there we got an idea of what the future might hold for Gang Green from a personnel standpoint.
