B&C Morning Show: It's Back To Baseball, For Now
With a four-hour show ahead of them, Boomer & Craig decided to open up this Friday edition of the Morning Extravaganza talking about 'America's Favorite Pastime' -- specifically, the Yankees.
Full disclosure, Craig made the decision to concentrate on baseball early on, if it were up to Boomer we'd talk about hockey for four hours -- and that wouldn't be good for anyone.
Anyway, the Yankees hung on to beat the Rays 5-3, improved to 17-14 on the season despite a shaky night in the field for Eduardo Nunuez, who committed two errors at third base and was compared to Chuck Knoblauch.
Boomer was feeling great this morning when the show began and why wouldn't he be? He got an eagle on the golf course yesterday afternoon, scored the game winning goal in his WASPS 9-0 win (Boomer's goal made it 1-0 and got things rolling) and the Blonde Bomber's beloved Blueshirts will be hosting a Game 7 tomorrow night against the Capitals.
In addition to all that, the Jets met with the media yesterday and Mark Sanchez is going to call in - so that alone created some buzz.
So it was a spirited start to today's radio program - kickin' your Friday off right!!!
