One person is dead after a shooting near the intersection of Rice Street and West Wayzata Street in St. Paul Sunday around 5 p.m., the St. Paul Police Department said. Police said they are investigating the shooting.
Investigators say the shooting occurred around 4:30 p.m. near the intersection of Rice Street and Winnipeg Avenue West.
