The shooting occurred at around noon in the 5800 block of Compton Avenue. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
The suspect has been described as a male who stands about 5'7" tall and weighs around 160 pounds. He was wearing a black shirt, black jacket, white shorts and blue shoes on the day of the crime.
