A man has been killed in a shooting in Cerritos that is under investigation.
One person has died and three others were hospitalized after they overdosed on an unknown substance in a Lakewood home, deputies said.
The Los Angeles Fire Department said the 83-year-old hiker was located in a remote area.
The man's violence is captured on surveillance video, as he smashes car windows and condo windows and neighbors feel it is fueled by drug use.
