The crash left Rosa Zareaseisan, 45, of Los Angeles dead at the scene.

The crash happened as two vehicles were attempting to pass each other while traveling down Base Line Road at around 10:45 a.m. One of the cars lost control, swerving into oncoming traffic where it collided with a minivan, killing the driver and leaving the passenger in critical condition.
The suspect was wanted for opening fire on a vehicle near downtown Los Angeles Saturday afternoon.
Investigators say that the passenger of a dark-colored sedan opened fire on the 16-year-old boy, striking him in the leg, before they fled southbound on Long Beach Boulevard at about 3 p.m. Friday afternoon.
During the pursuit, Los Angeles Police Department officers opened fire on the suspect but did not strike him.
