A group of families has won a key court victory in an effort to pin some responsibility on a Michigan school district for a shooting that left four students dead in 2021.
The shooter has been identified as a 28-year-old from Nashville, authorities said.
"We strongly believe there was going to be some other targets, including maybe family members, and one of the malls here in Nashville," said Nashville Police Chief John Drake.
