A California judge issued a restraining order Tuesday against a 20-year-old man who told FBI agents that he had been messaging with the Wisconsin shooter.
Authorities also said the shooter, Natalie Rupnow, 15, had been in contact with a 20-year-old man in California, who was plotting a mass shooting with the teenager and told her he was planning to attack a government building. This comes from the Associated Press, citing court documents.
The Wisconsin Department of Health Services announced Wednesday that it had detected presumptive positive human case of H5N1 in Barron County.
