The 23-year-old woman was shot in the arm about 3:10 a.m. in the 12000 block of South Perry Avenue, according to Chicago Police.
The 19-year-old man was a passenger in a vehicle in the 12200 block of South Princeton Avenue at 1:29 a.m. when a gray vehicle pulled up beside it and someone inside fired shots at him, police News Affairs Officer Ronald Gaines said.
In three incidents, the burglars entered or attempted to enter a home through a window that was broken by a thrown object, according to a community alert from Chicago Police. During two of the burglaries, small electronics and clothing items were taken.
A woman is in custody for the fatal stabbing of a 21-year-old man in the West Pullman neighborhood Friday morning on the Far South Side.
Most recently, a man was shot to death late Wednesday in the Burnside neighborhood on the South Side, police said. The man, 48, was standing on the sidewalk in the 9200 block of South University about 11:10 p.m., when someone walked up and opened fire.
The latest homicide happened Sunday night in Roseland on the Far South Side. Officers responding to a call of shots fired about 9:40 p.m. in the 10100 block of South Calumet found a 43-year-old man unresponsive on the ground with a gunshot wound to the abdomen, according to Chicago Police.
Early Sunday, officers responding to a call of shots fired in the 11700 block of South LaSalle Street found the 31-year-old man inside a car parked in an alley, police said.
About 12:15 a.m., the 28-year-old was standing on the street in the 700 block of West 117th Place with several males when two other males walked up and fired shots, according to Chicago Police.
About 7 p.m., the 20-year-old was shot in the abdomen and arm in the 11800 block of South State Street, police said.
About 8:50 p.m., officers responding to a call of shots fired in the 11600 block of South Throop Street found him on a sidewalk with gunshot wounds to the chest, abdomen and hand, police said.
The latest fatal shooting was a gang-related attack at a Brighton Park neighborhood gas station just before 3 p.m., police said.
