A man is charged after shooting a woman in Humboldt Park back in July.
He was transported to Christ Hospital initially reported in critical condition and was later pronounced dead.
Police said, around 8:45 p.m., the victims were driving when a grey Chrysler approached and people inside that Chrysler started shooting.
The suspect is charged with first degree murder and is due in court Monday.
