A "combination of factors" appear to have led a 15-year-old student to carry out a school shooting, police in Madison, Wisconsin, said Tuesday.
The shooter has been identified as a 15-year-old female student at the school.
Charlie De Mar talked with an 8-year-old girl who was at Abundant Life Christian School at the time of the shooting, and several parents who were in a state of panic when it happened.
