As tents went up Wednesday in the park of Humboldt Park, those involved said safety and security were top of mind for both the parade and festival.
This year, there are new concerns at the festival as agents from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement continue to round up undocumented immigrants. Suzanne Le Mignot reports.
The incident happened at midnight Saturday near Huron and Springfield in Humboldt Park.
