A family is mourning the loss of their 12-year-old daughter after she was struck in the head with a metal water bottle during an apparent bullying incident at her school.

Outside the newsroom, Gio is a movie buff, so you'll find him at multiple screenings across LA. He's also a big foodie, massive sports fan, and dog dad of two.
