His wife, Cassie, and their two sons were also in the camper when it rolled and disintegrated. They were injured and later released from the hospital, his ex-wife said.

Forest Hill Police Chief David Hernandez issued an alert for the two suspects who are facing capital murder charges on Wednesday.
The incident occurred just after 5:45 p.m. Monday on the service road of Interstate 30 at Gus Thomasson Road.
The suspect's bond has been set at $500,000, according to Royse City police.
On Wednesday, Forest Hill Police Chief David Hernandez referred to the two suspects as "cowards."
The appointment comes about one month after the district's board accepted Jorge Arredondo's resignation.
Police are asking for the public's assistance in finding the suspects.
The tornado had wind speeds estimated at 110 mph, the National Weather Service said.
A suspect has been identified and a warrant issued for capital murder, police said.
Officers responded to a business in the 100 block of South Bowen Road around 4:45 p.m. Monday.
The disturbance, which occurred around 1 p.m., resulted in what Dallas police described as a "stampede" as people rushed outside.
José Rodolfo Villarreal-Hernandez is scheduled to appear in federal court next week.
Previously, police in The Colony filed felony charges against a couple living in the animal-filled home.
