Investigators identify body found in Dominguez Channel as missing 60-year-old woman
Investigators have identified the woman whose body was found floating in the Dominguez Channel in Carson in late July.

Danielle Rosalie Rico, 40, was last seen on Aug. 14, 2022 in Valle Vista. Investigators say that the circumstances surrounding her disappearance are suspicious and they believe she may have been the victim of foul play.
Police say the victim was shot when he refused to hand over his car to an armed gunman in Highland Park early Tuesday morning.
Police say that the suspect was stabbed by an employee of the market he was trying to rob with his own knife.
Friends say that they discovered Stephanie and Daniel Menard were missing when they went to see if they were ready for church on Sunday. The San Bernardino County couple left behind their belongings and car. Their dog is also missing.
Firefighters say the man was gravely injured while working near heavy machinery at a hillside residential construction site.
