Wrong-way driver arrested following collision on PCH in Hermosa Beach, police say
Police say that the driver, who was bloodied and walking along PCH late Friday evening, was arrested and face multiple felony charges for the wrong-way crash.

It happened a little after 7:15 p.m. in the 9400 block of S. Normandie Avenue, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
