Police in Texas have arrested a man suspected of driving the getaway car in the drive-by killing of 7-year-old Jazmine Barnes. Authorities in Texas have arrested a man accused of involvement in the death of 7-year-old Jazmine Barnes, who was shot while riding in a car with her family. Eric Black Jr., 20, was charged with capital murder on Sunday. Prosecutors said he admitted driving the car while an accomplice opened fire in what may be a case of mistaken identity.
