New details have emerged about the heroic effort to confront the school shooter on Friday in Santa Fe, Texas. Ten students and teachers were killed. At least 13 other people were hurt, including a school resource officer. Authorities say they don’t have a motive, though the suspect’s father gave his own explanation. Omar Villafranca reports.

Authorities identified the suspect in Friday's deadly Texas school shooting in Santa Fe as 17-year-old Dimitrios Pagourtzis. At least 10 people were killed in the attack, and 10 others were injured. Pagourtzis posted images on social media of a "Born to Kill" tee shirt, guns and a trench coat with Nazi memorabilia. CBS News correspondent Omar Villafranca has the latest information.

Police say the suspected 17-year-old gunman confessed to the killings, and said he didn't shoot students he liked so they could tell his story.
