Eight-year-old Kameron Smalls of South Carolina raised about $4,000 flood victims he never met. He was inspired after seeing a picture of 8-year-old Ethan Comeaux after flooding in Louisiana. Kameron and his family drove more than 800 miles to deliver money, toys and supplies.
