Woman Struck By Light Rail Vehicle In Castle Shannon

CASTLE SHANNON (KDKA) -- A woman was struck by a Port Authority light rail vehicle in Castle Shannon on Friday afternoon.
Port Authority officials confirmed that a 61-year-old woman walked in front of a T car at the blue line's Willow Station around 3 p.m.
She was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Port Authority Police are investigating.
