Police say a shooting in South Philadelphia left two people dead Sunday morning.
For years, they've physically balanced books and instruments, to and from GAMP—the Girard Academic Music Program at 21st and Ritner. But next year, it could be a lot harder when the school bus service they've depended on is cut.
Police have a warning out to residents after two South Philadelphia burglaries last week. Police say suspects, pretending to be public utility workers, went into two homes and left with cash and valuables.
Three people have been hospitalized after and a woman arrested after a stabbing near 10th and Ritner Streets in South Philadelphia.
