Chopper 3 was over the scene of a shooting in Chester on the 700 block of Pennell Street.
Witnesses told police that the victim was seen running away from the shooters on foot, jumping fences and running through yards in the area before falling to the ground.
The incident happened just after 6 p.m. Saturday at West 7th and Lamokin Streets.
The incident happened shortly around 1:40 p.m. Sunday in the area of West 9th and Edwards Streets.
Police said a 13-year-old boy from Brookhaven was shot in the abdomen and an 11-year-old Chester girl was shot in the left thigh just after 7:30 p.m. Friday.
Chester Mayor Thaddeus Kirkland made a call for calm one day after a police-involved shootout left one suspect dead and a police captain wounded.
It happened around 2 a.m. Monday in the 1200 block of Keystone Road.
