Thousands of people will be pedaling their way from Philly down to Atlantic City for the annual "Ben to the Shore Bike Tour." The event helps raise money for the families of fallen and critically injured emergency workers.
Bikers gathered for a 66-mile journey from Philadelphia to Atlantic City to raise more than $1.3 million for cancer research and treatment.
The toll plaza is partially blocked westbound, with only six booths operating as of 7:30 a.m.
