A man barricaded inside a home on 10th Street near Indiana Avenue turned himself in to police after several hours. Josh Sanders has the latest from the Pulse Desk.
A fire and barricade situation happened in New Castle County, Delaware, early Wednesday morning. The fire broke out along Rodney Street in Wilmington. It's not clear exactly how many people were inside that home at the time of the fire or if anyone was injured.

Chopper 3 was over the scene on Ridge Road near a construction site where SWAT officers engaged the suspect, who was in a blue Mustang. Nearby neighbors were told to shelter in place.
