SEPTA bus barricade in Philadelphia ends after man dies by suicide, police say
A man suspected of shooting and killing two women in a Northwest Philly rowhome where a fire broke out Monday morning died by suicide after an hours-long barricade aboard a SEPTA bus, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.
