Putin, Zelenskyy meeting unlikely to happen, Trump says

After pushing for a meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy for weeks, President Trump now says it probably won't happen. This comes as a federal appeals court has ruled most of the president's recently imposed tariffs are illegal. Willie James Inman reports.
