New York lawmakers approve bill allowing medically assisted suicide for terminally ill people

A bill legalizing the right of terminally ill people to end their lives is on its way to Gov. Kathy Hochul's desk. As CBS News New York's Tony Aiello reports, it's not clear if she will sign it into law.
