The protests Sunday were mostly absent of the fires, vandalism and looting that occurred on previous nights.
The NYPD says at least 345 people were arrested during Saturday night protests.
Inside the NYPD's Joint Operations Center, dozens of officers are watching the city from different vantage points.
While most had their faces covered, staying six feet apart was more of a challenge.
De Blasio said he also has seen things that need to be investigated, such as an NYPD vehicle driving into a crowd of protesters.
"The folks who were converging on that police car did the wrong thing to begin with and they created an untenable situation," de Blasio said.
Officers were sent to an apartment on 111th Street in North Corona just before 11 a.m. for a report of three unconscious people.
Skies will remain mostly clear throughout the evening and overnight, and it'll be downright chilly with lows in the 40s to around 50.
There were an additional 56 deaths, the governor announced.
Cuomo said he's seen "a lot of disturbing video" about the protests, and that Attorney General Letitia James will be reviewing the entire weekend's protests.
