Congressman Antonio Delgado spoke Saturday at the National Action Network's House of Justice in Harlem.
The 45-year-old former Rhodes Scholar has an ethnically mixed family and isn't worried about being from upstate.
Sometime this month, an upstate congressman with a lengthy resume will become New York's next lieutenant governor. Antonio Delgado also wants to be Kathy Hochul's running mate when she runs for her own four-year term as governor. CBS2 political reporter Marcia Kramer has the story.
