According to a report, the three-time AL MVP has told close friends that he won't stand in the way of a trade. It would have to be the right situation, however. The veteran will only accept a trade to a big-market team, the report said.
"He'll be ready when he's ready," general manager Brian Cashman said. "I believe that Dr. Anderson just put in a more conservative time frame on it, as explained to me."
If New York manages to storm back from a 3-0 series deficit, it won't be CC Sabathia on the hill for a deciding Game 7. Blame it on the rain.
