Tony's Table: Angry Lobster

Angry Lobster
1-1 1/2 lb. Lobster
8 oz. Chopped Tomato
8 oz. Parsley
6 Garlic Cloves
4 Hot Cherry Peppers
2 oz. Red Crushed Pepper
1/2 lb. Linguine
Preparing Meal
Cook pasta and set aside.
Steam or grill lobster. Crack the lobster, cut in half and remove the roe. Place roe in a sauce pan, add garlic, red pepper and parsley with olive oil. Cook 4-5 minutes. Add lobster, tomatoes and cherry peppers. Simmer together on low heat 5-10 minutes.
Plate the pasta, add lobster and pour over the sauce.
(NOTE: Prep times can vary by equipment. Be sure to check that meat is fully cooked.)
