Man fatally shot in Staten Island
NEW YORK -- A man was shot and killed on Staten Island in broad daylight Saturday.
It happened just before 3 p.m. on Park Hill Avenue near Sobel Court in the Park Hill section.
Police say 26-year-old Quamane Rogers was shot in the face and died at the scene.
No arrests have been made.
