Man Charged With Groping 11-Year-Old Girl's Chest In Queens
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A man was arrested Thursday and charged with groping an 11-year-old girl in Queens last week, police said.
Jose Para, 35, of Queens, was charged with sexual abuse of a victim under 13 and acting in a manner injurious to a child in connection with the incident on Thursday, June 23, police said.
According to police, the man walked up to the girl on Albion Avenue in the Elmhurst section of Queens at around 7:45 p.m. on June 23 and touched the girl's chest before fleeing the scene.
Police released surveillance images of the suspect earlier this week.
