10/25 CBS2 Sunday Afternoon Weather Headlines
By Matt DeLucia
CBS2 Meteorologist/Weather Producer
Good afternoon, folks! Skies will continue to clear over the next few hours after this morning's damp start, and we'll end on a fairly sunny note today. With a southwest flow, temps will top out in the mid 60s.
Mostly clear skies overnight with much cooler temps once again thanks to that cold front movin' on through. We'll bottom out around 43 in the city, but many of the suburbs will dip well into the 30s. The workweek starts out bright and seasonable, with plenty of sunshine and temps in the upper 50s to around 60. Perfect weather for this time of year, just grab that jacket for the chilly mornings if you're an early riser.
Our next chance for some rain arrives on Wednesday and lingers into early Thursday, with a pretty decent soaking possible -- this in part thanks to some tropical moisture and the remnants of what was once Hurricane Patricia. We definitely could use the rain.
Check back in soon for an update!
