Man Arrested After Allegedly Using Anti-Asian Slurs, Harassing Undercover Officer In Queens
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police have made an arrest in a hate crime case in Queens.
Thirty-four-year-old Ricardo Hernandez is accused of using anti-Asian slurs and harassing an undercover police officer.
Police say it happened around 5:30 p.m. Saturday at the Dutch Kills subway station in Long Island City.
He faces hate crime and harassment charges.
