Lifeguards, good Samaritan rescue 3 swimmers on Long Island
LONG BEACH, N.Y. -- Three people were rescued from the water on Long Island on Thursday.
Police say it happened as they were swimming in the Lincoln Boulevard section of Long Beach.
According to police, lifeguards rescued two of the swimmers and a good Samaritan saved the third person.
All are expected to be OK.
