Man Dies After Shooting Inside Harlem Deli
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A man died after a shooting inside a Harlem deli Monday evening.
Officers were sent to Funfair Deli on Lenox Avenue just after 7 p.m. for a report of a shooting.
When they arrived at the scene, they found 29-year-old Leroy Phinazee, of the Bronx, suffering from gunshot wounds to the neck and shoulder.
Phinazee was taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
No arrests have been made at this time.
The investigation is ongoing.
