3 Hurt After Basement Collapses In Brooklyn
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - Three people were seriously injured when a basement collapsed in Brooklyn Monday morning.
The collapse took place at around 9:15 a.m. on Wilson Street between Bedford and Lee Avenues in Williamsburg.
Three workers had to be rescued from the building. Two of the workers were trapped and had to be dug out with shovels.
The Department of Buildings is looking into the structural stability of the home.
