The Giants traveled to Philadelphia on Sunday and managed to escape with an ugly 15-7 victory over the Eagles. With the win the G-Men improved to 2-6 and are now just two games out in the lead in the NFC East -- the glaringly weak NFC East.
As for the Jets, they ran into a red-hot Bengals team in Cincinnati and got their doors blown off to the tune of 49-9, but it's not all bad with regards to the 4-4 Jets.
