Jerry Recco shared a moment in the Bronx Wednesday night, when the update maven ripped a single at Yankee Stadium while both his wife and son were looking on during the True Blue charity game. Craig on the other hand, he had a moment he would like to soon forget after a routine pop-up got the best of him, which his oldest son was sure to remind him about.

As for the update Jerry Recco delivered, it hit its mark, just as Masahiro Tanaka did in his first start for the Bombers since April 23.  Tanaka spearheaded a 3-1 win and the Yankees are rolling.  One sour note, Brian McCann will have an MRI on his ailing foot, which is never a good thing.

As for the Mets, their struggles continued in San Diego with a 7-3 loss to the Padres, now their West Coast trip takes them to Arizona, where they will have Matt Harvey on the hill - which technically makes today a Harvey Day.

Plus, Todd Bowles goes on the record with regards to Geno Smith, Darrelle Revis refuses to get wrapped up in the budding Antonio Cromartie-Richard Sherman feud, Bills new running back LeSean McCoy is tired of talking about Chip Kelly and the Eagles, Craig's True Blue fall, the Blackhawks take Game 1 of the NHL's Stanley Cup finals by a score of 2-1 and the highly anticipated NBA Finals between the Cavs and the Warriors gets underway tonight in Oakland...
