B&C Morning Show: Yankees' Pitching Woes Front And Center
After taking a 5-4 lead into the 6th inning last night in Beantown, the Yankees were unable to close the deal and went on to lose 9-5 to the Red Sox opposite Boston right-hander Josh Beckett.

Craig was singing a bit of a different tune today, after signing the praises of 'his' Yankees yesterday morning following the Bombers 5-2 victory in Game 1 Tuesday night behind CC Sabathia.
Boomer & Craig both agreed that moving forward the Yankees have some serious concerns in their entire pitching staff behind the 'hefty-lefty' and last night made that crystal clear. With the loss the Yankees fell to 1.5 games behind the Sox in the AL East, which sets up what should be an entertaining September.
Shifting gears to football and politics, President Obama is scheduled to make a speech on Thursday September 8th -- the same day the New Orleans Saints will travel to Green Bay to play the Packers in the NFL season opener.
